Amadeus, Our 100 pound German Shepherd couch potato

by Stacey
(Fayette, Al)

what a nice couch .....

what a nice couch .....

We have a good relationship with the breeder we got Rebel from (Since he was initially going to keep him). We like to take Rebel over to see him.

Well on one visit we took Rebel and OMG he had this little black fuzz ball that he brought to me to “just hold”. This little guy was too cute he immediately cuddled up with me and grunted like a little piglet.

Well I had made a couple of comments about him to my husband and he called our breeder who said the dog had been sold but that they may have to back out. Needless to say we got Amadeus.

I’m not sure if you know anything about Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s brilliant but mischievous personality, this dog was named appropriately.

This dog is a chunk and a half at 7.5 mos. Amadeus weighs 100 lbs. with paws the size of my hands. I told my husband out of all the gifts he’s given me Amadeus is my favorite (this includes jewelry).
