First, let me thank you for considering an investment in my book, " Your Total German Shepherd Dog, A Pet Owner’s Guide".

If you've never ordered anything online before, let me take a few moments to explain a few things to you. First, the company ClickBank allows you to pay for your purchase with credit cards or with a check. If you want to pay by check, you just enter the account number from your check.

Security. When you click the order page, you will go to a secure order form at ClickBank - don't worry. It looks a lot like this example page below:

You will connect to ClickBank through a secure server, which makes it virtually impossible for a hacker to intercept your information. Once you enter your payment and credit card information, your credit card is validated and you will be taken to a web page which has the Case Dismissed download information. You can then easily click on the file and download it to your own computer.

ClickBank does not store your credit card number and I never even see it, I am only advised that your payment cleared. Once it does clear, your number vanishes.

So as you can see, ordering online is extremely safe. Far safer, I'd say, than handing your credit card to some waiter or gas station attendant!

Second: I want to be very clear about how you can get a refund, as some shady companies may make a big deal of their guarantee, but then bury the info on how to take advantage of it.

You actually have two levels of protection. The first thing you would do is to request a refund from me at gsdphotos AT rock DOT com

Your second level of safety is from ClickBank - the actual payment processor. This is because included with your email receipt of your purchase are directions from ClickBank on how to get a refund. I've reprinted a sample Clickbank receipt for a purchase I made below:

You or a person in your household just used ClickBank to
make an online purchase.  Your bank statement will show
a one-time $xx.xx charge by "CLICKBANK/KEYNETICS".

ClickBank sells digital products created and promoted by
thousands of independent web vendors.

If you have any problems with your purchase please contact
the vendor directly for technical support.  To do this
simply send a friendly email message to the address below.

Your receipt #: xxxxxx

Please be courteous and allow the vendor two business
days to respond.

If after two business days the issue remains unresolved,
ClickBank will be happy to assist you directly.  To reach
us, provide all the details of your complaint in a reply
to this email.
