Rebel, My Empathetic German Shepherd

Let me tell you Rebel is something else. I have never had a dog (I have had many in my life) that is as sensitive to the people around him as he is.

He’s good at the emotional manipulation as he is being tender when one of us is upset. I forget he’s a dog most of the time.

We can talk to him about anything and he will just sit there and listen and look at you like he understands what it is you’re talking about.

Out of all the dogs I have had saved, adopted or other pure breeds the this German shepherd is my favorite, besides the other one we got a year later. As good as he looks in the picture it still doesn’t do him justice.
