My German Shepherd, Pickles

This is my stud man Pickles! I got him off of Craigslist for free when he was 8 months old. Well, you know what they say, the best things in life are free and I couldn't agree more!!

He has been my copilot since day one! He goes absolutely every where with me; work, hikes, friends/family homes, you name it! I couldn't have asked for any more in a dog. He's brilliant! He whizzed through an 8 wk training class in just over 3 wks!

The photo I have attached is of his first trip to the lake. He loves streams and creeks but he wasn’t quite sure about the waves lapping against the shore. It took him a few minutes to warm up to the idea of swimming but once he was convinced mommy was drowning he was out in the water to rescue me. After that you couldn't keep him out of it! He loved it!
