What a handsome German Shepherd Dog!

What a handsome German Shepherd Dog!

His name is Samson, he's a purebred GSD, born April 2008, he weighs 115 pounds, and he never saw a tennis ball he wouldn't chase all day. He's friendly and affectionate, but he guards his pack like a soldier who's always on duty and he is totally fearless. He's the smartest dog I've ever known.

Total German Shepherd

Hi Robert,

Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful German Shepherd Dog Samson with us. He is indeed a wonderful specimen of a GSD!

And that lazy sit he's doing in the picture you sent us really cracks me up. He is a beautiful boy - nice coloring and perfect ear set too. I know you're proud of him! I would be too.

He'll soon be entering middle age so keep an eye on his weight - if you could get him down a little in his weight it will be a lot better on his joints especially as he ages later on. Arthritis is prevalent in the German Shepherd breed too and heavy weight over years is one way of making it even worse.

But thats later on. In the meantime best of luck with your handsome GSD Samson. I wish you both many more years of happiness in each others company!

What a Handsome boy he is! GSD rather female or male it doesn't matter the sex of the dog, they are Protectors. Mia our girl she is just that Protects, watching she is always at our side. Take care of your boy and he will take care of you!
