Favorite dog toy - I haven't found it yet!

I've tried so many different dog toys for our (now) 9-month old German Shepherd. She has destroyed all but one and doesn't really like it.

She chewed the "handle" completely off the Jolly Ball (largest size). She really liked to play with it until she did that.

She's not interested in Kong toys. She has a big ball with a rope that pulls through it and she chewed the rope into the first few days.

Is there SOMETHING out there that she can play with and chew on without demolishing it???

Hey Sylvia,

At least the good thing with the jolly balls is that your dog can still play with it even with no handle. My dogs still love theirs even with no handle or long after it has finally gotten flat!

But I had a very similar thing happen with my newest GSD - turns out he is ball obsessed. But the toy of all toys, and this is after buying him loads of other kinds of toys (balls too), we finally found one toy that he will ignore food, treats and everything else for - his varsity ball!

If you havent seen one, they are about the size of a basketball, hard (no handle) and virtually indestructable. Needless to say, if he's playing with the varsity ball nothing else matters.

I couldn't recommend this product any higher. I will say this - just make sure that your German Shepherd is at least 50 pounds and healthy. If that is true, then you're all ready to go.

When they say "It's a dog workout in a box", they're not lying. Check out the link below for more info.
