My 6 month old GSD Loves to lick any exposed skin!

Hello, my name is Kelly. I have a 6 month old GSD named Cleo. She LOVES to lick exposed skin, ie; hands, feet, etc. Is this normal behavior? If so, why does she do this?

Also, how can I get her to be more social towards people that enter our home? When people enter, she barks, pees on the floor & runs to hide.

We have alot of friends that come over to visit, this went on since we brought her home 3 months ago. Shouldn't she be used to visitors by now?

My last question: how do we stop her from chasing our 4 cats? Thank you for your time, I really appreciate it!
