Yes twitching is quite normal. My dog jumps in her sleep. She loves chasing rabbits out in our field when she gets a chance to go out, so instead of watching her run in her sleep, she jumps. It gets quite commical at times.

Yes - it is Very normal as your dog sleeps. Keep watching and you may even get to see your dog run in its sleep or bark. Too sweet!
