My 1 1/2 yr old GSD is a long hair, her skin is very dry she is always scratching...what can I do for her dry skin?

There are several things that can make a gsd itch. over bathing(especially in very warm water, or not completely rinsing the soap out), needing better food (make sure your dogs food has the essential oils included for healthy skin and coat), or the all dreaded fleas, or mite, etc... Just to name a few.
